Care to Share needs cash donations to fund gas vouchers, hotel stays, and related incidental expenses for cancer fighters to get to doctor appointments and treatment appointments.
In 2022, we provided over $97,000 in support, and cancer is getting more prevalent in our communities and every penny helps someone you likely know get through their cancer journey.

Care to Share is 100% volunteer staffed and community funded.
- We serve Bourbon, Linn, and Crawford Counties, and we will support cancer fighters in surrounding areas when we have ability to do so.
- We have no paid staff, and most volunteers give not only their time but their gas, their vehicle, food, and more to support our cancer fighters' journeys. Some volunteers are very active, others help only occasionally---all are welcome and appreciated.
