In 2022, through the financial and administrative support of the Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization was formed, the Fort Scott Area Chamber Foundation. This new organization was developed to serve the community at large through initiatives focused not only on economic development but the strengthening of our public welfare and growth. The Foundation partners with the Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as its members, to develop programs associated with professional development, community service, community development, beautification, and much more.
